UK: Two new tax reliefs have been created in 2014, intended to encourage more companies to become employee-owned. The percentage of UK businesses that are employee-owned should  rise from 2pc to 10pc. The UK Government needs to level the tax playing field to boost employee ownership. 
USA: A set of new companies being sold to employees. Employee stock ownership plans (or ESOPs) can be an effective and tax-efficient succession alternative.

Le pourcentage d'entreprises contrôlées par actionnariat salarié devrait passer de 2% à 10%. Le Gouvernement doit niveler la fiscalité pour développer l'actionnariat salarié.
Inde: Nouvelle régulation pour les plans de stock options.
Italie: Nouveau plan international d'actionnariat salarié pour Prysmian, un bon exemple de bonnes pratiques en Italie.
Maroc: L'actionnariat salarié concerne les entreprises cotées en bourse plus que les PME.

USA: Une nouvelle série d'entreprises vendues aux salariés. Les plans d'actionnariat salarié ESOPs sont une formule fiscale efficace pour la transmission d'entreprises.

Francia: Un recente provvedimento governativo rischia di demolire l’azionariato dei Dipendenti in Francia. Nuovo piano di azionariato per Worldonline. Vivendi premiata per la sua politica sostenibile di Azionariato Dipendenti. Continuano le riprese di azienda attraverso cooperative di lavoro.
India: Nuove regolamentazioni per i piani di stock option.
Italy: Un nuovo piano di Azionariato Internazionale per i Dipendenti del gruppo Prysmian, un buon esempio in Italia di “buone pratiche”.
Gran Bretagna: Due nuove agevolazioni, create nel 2014, per incoraggiare più Società a promuovere l’azionariato di controllo dei Dipendenti. La percentuale di queste imprese  potrebbe aumentare dall’attuale 2% al 10 %.  Il Governo deve livellare la fiscalità per aumentare l’azionariato dei dipendenti.
Marocco: L’azionariato dei Dipendenti è promosso di più presso le società quotate che nelle PMI.
Filippine: Chiarimenti sul trattamento fiscal delle stock option.
Spagna: Si va verso un aumento dell’imposizione fiscale su piani di Azionariato e stock options.
USA: Alcune nuove Società acquisite dai Dipendenti. Employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) possono essere considerate un’alternativa efficiente e fiscalmente ottimale per la succession di impresa.
