Die
Europäische Föderation für Mitarbeiterkapital-beteiligung
(EFES) hat ihren Jahresbericht vor dem Hintergrund
des Paradigmenwechsels bei der Mitarbeiterbeteiligung
in Europa veröffentlicht.
Der Bericht gibt einen Überblick über die Informa-tionsarbeit
der Organisation, ihre Veröffent-lichungen, Medienpräsenz,
Interessenvertretung, Prioritäten und Partnerschaften.
Als führende Stimme der Mitarbeiterbeteiligung in
Europa bekräftigt die EFES ihren Willen, allen Formen
der Mitarbeiterbeteiligung, die in großen Unternehmen
in der Regel in der Minderheit und in KMU immer häufiger
in der Mehrheit sind, die gleiche positive Aufmerksamkeit
zu schenken.
Die EFES bekräftigt ihre Prioritäten mit dem Ziel,
die Arbeit zur Umsetzung der Mitarbeiter-beteiligung
in KMU in ganz Europa fortzusetzen.

Czechia:

Ireland: The Irish ProShare Association (IPSA) has
held talks with the Government in a bid to overhaul the

their use across the country.
Italy: Italy has rushed to adopt its own national
version of employee share ownership, further fragmenting
the European financial market. New employee share plans
for UniCredit, for Leonardo.
UK: In just a few years, the accounting firm Go EO
has become one of the most renowned experts in employee
ownership for SMEs. The lawyers at TLT Law firm are smiling
as they celebrate the evolving employee ownership landscape.
Thanks to the Employee Ownership Trust formula, two new
SMEs are transferred to their employees every day now. This
month, among others, the case of: Wetrooms International,
BFY Consulting, Grayson Construction, Cambrian Training,
Neilcott Construction, Harriet Kelsall Jewellery.
USA: MNCEO launches redesigned website including
Employee Ownership Trusts to promote inclusive business
succession. A conference at Harvard to review all current
preconceived ideas.
