De
EFES-databank van Europese bedrijven is een uniek informatiehulpmiddel
over Europese bedrijven. De databank verzamelt alle
gedetailleerde informatie over werknemersaandeelhouderschap,
aandelenplannen voor werknemers en participatie in alle
belangrijke Europese bedrijven.
Daarnaast verzamelt de databank informatie over het
ondernemingsbestuur, over de eigendomsstructuur
en over de verankering (of verplaatsing
naar elders) van Europese bedrijven.
Het is een uniek informatiehulpmiddel voor analyse,
benchmarking, voor academisch onderzoek en onderwijs,
om inzicht te krijgen in actuele ontwikkelingen.
Alle informatie is voor elk bedrijf beschikbaar in de
vorm van tijdreeksen over de hele periode van 2006 tot
2022.
