Employee ownership in SMEs is developing in all sectors
and all branches of activity. Here are a few new cases
of companies in Great Britain that have just been transferred
to the employees:

All
these employees became owners of their company, without
having to pay anything.
They could keep their savings, nor did they have to
take out a loan.
Yet they paid. How? With their work – the same work
they had always done.
In other words, employee has not exposed them to any
additional risk, contrary to the common misunderstandings.
The financial mechanism that enables companies to be
passed on to employees is collective employee ownership.
It works in the USA. It works in Great Britain.
There are in fact many other European countries that
have similar legal mechanisms in place: private foundation,
fondation privée, fiducie, stichting administratiekantoor,
Privatstiftung, stiftelse,…
