Bedrijfsoverdracht aan werknemers heeft zich in de VS al lang bewezen met het ESOP-model. Daarna met de Employee Ownership Trust in Groot-Brittannië, en nu ook in Australië, en zeer binnenkort in Canada en in heel Europa.
Het wordt dus toegepast, het is zichtbaar, het kan worden gemeten: werknemersaandeelhouderschap is de kans om kmo's nieuw leven in te blazen.
Het consortium "Ownership Works" is een coalitie van toonaangevende bankgroepen, pensioenfondsen, financiële beleggers en anderen. Het is onlangs opgericht om deze ontwikkeling te ondersteunen in de Verenigde Staten, als de kern van een ESG-strategie voor 2030. Meer informatie
