EFES DATABASE OF EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP TRUSTS IN THE UK

  The EFES database of EOTs in the UK
The Employee Ownership Trust scheme was introduced in the UK in April 2014. It is particularly well designed for business transmission to employees, essentially SMEs.
The number of 2,100 switches to an EOT has been reached at the beginning of year 2024.
The database lists all EOT switches since April 2014 as well as all basic information: Enterprise, Switch date, Branch, Employees number, Equity, Experts involved, Enterprise number.
It is daily updated based on British Companies House Register.
