The
EFES database of European companies is a unique information
tool about European companies. The database gathers
all detailed information about employee share
ownership, employee share plans and participation
in each of all significant European companies.
In
addition the database gathers information about corporate
governance, about the ownership structure
and about the anchorage (or relocation)
of European companies.
It is a unique information tool for analysis, for benchmarking,
for academic research and teaching, for understanding
current developments.
All the information is available for each company in
the form of time series over the entire period from
2006 to 2022.

Belgium:
Collective employee ownership could be a way for Delhaize
