Uit
een nieuw onderzoek in de VS bleek dat werknemers van
privébedrijven met werknemersaandeelhouderschap (ESOP's)
een hogere prioriteit toekennen aan de inzet van hun
bedrijf voor maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen
dan werknemers van niet-ESOP-bedrijven.
Uit
het onderzoek bleek ook dat bedrijven die eigendom zijn
van werknemers die verwachtingen vaker inlossen: werknemers
in ESOP-bedrijven geven hun werkgevers hogere cijfers
dan hun collega's in niet-ESOP-bedrijven voor inzet
voor de gemeenschap, vrijwilligerswerk, economische
kansen en sociale rechtvaardigheid.
Tegelijkertijd
wordt de Ang Group in Polen in het jaarverslag van het
Responsible Business Forum geprezen om zijn goede praktijken.
De Ang Group is de enige krediet- en verzekeringsbemiddelaar
in Polen die functioneert op basis van werknemers-aandeelhouderschap.

employee ownership is on the increase in SMEs? Look for the
error: 239 transmissions per year in the form of ESOPs in
the US, 285 in the form of Employee Ownership Trusts in Great
Britain.
USA: Wall Street agrees that employee ownership works.
Employee ownership surging in interest in the architecture
