Mitarbeiterkapitalbeteiligung - Die europäische Politik
Aktuell
sind in Europa 10 Millionen Mitarbeiter am Kapital
ihres Arbeitgebers beteiligt. Dies ist das Ergebnis
einer eindeutigen und zielgerichteten EU-Politik der
zurückliegenden drei Jahrzehnte, die "Mitarbeiterbeteiligung
für alle" zum Ziel hatte. Um jedoch auf dem Gebiet
der Mitarbeiterbeteiligung mit den USA konkurrieren
zu können bedarf es einer Versechsfachung dieser Zahlen.
Ein EU-weiter Aktionsplan wurde bereits vom Europäischen
Rat im Jahr 2000 gefordert, von der EU-Kommission
2002 angekündigt und im Rahmen eines Pilotprojektes
2014 vorbereitet. Eine Resolution des EU-Parlaments
am 23.10.2018 hat die Forderung nach diesem Aktionsplan
nochmals bekräftigt.

Wallace & Gromit will turn to employee ownership. European
tech startups asking politicians to reform employee stock
ownership rules. At $49 billion company Essilor, employees
are the largest shareholders.
USA: ESOP companies outperform similar conventional
firms on just about every meaningful economic standard,
including those relating to salary, benefits and job security.

share ownership at its portfolio companies.
