Segnale
d’allarme
|
|
Per
il terzo anno consecutivo, nel 2014 il numero
degli azionisti dipendenti in Europa è calato.
Dovrebbe essere un chiaro segnale di allarme
per tutti.
Infatti il saldo negativo del numero dei dipendenti
azionisti dal 2011 al 2014 è di 500.000 unità
(- 8%) al netto di un aumento di 200.000 unità
nel solo Regno Unito (+ 8%).
E’ chiaramente l’effetto delle politiche fiscali
restrittive nella maggior parte degli Stati
Europei, mentre al contrario il Regno Unito
ha raddoppiato le agevolazioni fiscali sull’azionariato
dei dipendenti, considerandolo un fattore
chiave di ripresa ed un investimento sul futuro.
Tuttavia: 301 miliardi di Euro, e’ il nuovo
record, l’importo detenuto nel 2014 da dipendenti
nelle azioni delle loro Società.

The
European Employee Ownership Top 100
The
European Employee Ownership TOP 100 is designed
with respect to two rankings of Europe's largest
companies, considering employee ownership. In the
EUROCAP100 ranking, companies are ranked by equity
held by employees, in million Euro. In the EUROEMP100
ranking, companies that are 50% or more employee-owned
are ranked by number of employees. Both rankings
are published in the Economic Survey.
Database
of employee ownership in European companies
The data are
available for analysing companies, for benchmarking,
for market research, as well as for research work
and teaching, and for macroeconomic analysis. The
database gathers economic and financial information
about employee ownership in the 2.500 largest European
companies, including listed and non-listed companies.
